The early morning city view over breakfast was magnificent, and the place and rooms were beautiful. The location was great too. There were a few minor hot water issues. My main concern was the taxis: I was traveling with family, and when we took separate cars to the same place, each driver charged us a different fare. They should agree on a consistent price range, since one charges more than another.

My stay at Hotel Manadia in Tequila, Mexico, was generally pleasant, but checkout was a disappointing end. I was charged an extra 950 pesos for some hand towels and a regular towel being dirty, plus a key card I accidentally lost. Since I was the last in my party to check out, it seemed I ended up covering extra charges caused by others too. I understand the need to keep things clean and hold guests accountable, but the fees felt excessive and unfairly put on me. The hotel should review its policy so the charges are fair and clear to everyone.

Everything is a short walk away from this well located hotel. The rooms are small, but have what you need. I'd stay a little longer next time.

I couldn't stay despite having a reservation, so I can only speak to the service. The reception answered right away when I called, and the person spoke English too. Really solid team, A+++ customer service. After talking with the front desk, I wished I could have stayed.
