Salterra Glamping

We came for a few days away from the city, and it was just what we needed. The rooms were impressive, with lots of care put into the details. Service was lovely too. Even in the heavy rain, the owner brought food and drinks right to our tent without a fuss, and the prices seemed fair given there aren't any restaurants within walking distance. We don't speak much Spanish, but communicating was no problem. A thunderstorm hit when we arrived and poured for hours. We couldn't use the fire pit or movie screen, which was a shame, but the tent stayed completely dry. It felt cozy inside, and as the rain eased we had a drink in the lounge chairs at the front of our tent.

We got complimentary drinks when we arrived, and the wifi was stable and very good. The hosts and staff were excellent throughout, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The tent had a spacious layout, a comfortable king bed, and luxurious linens. Bathroom facilities were great, with strong water pressure and hot showers. Everything seemed planned with care to make the stay easy. We enjoyed the big screen movie and fire at night, and the 1 pm late checkout was a nice bonus. The peaceful, beautiful setting made for a memorable visit. Thanks, we can't wait to glamp here again.

We had such a great birthday here, and the staff made it happen. They were attentive and really professional. It's a perfect spot for a couples or group getaway near CdMX and Qro. Recomendado 100/100, we'll be back soon. Thanks for everything!

Be prepared for early mornings with the birds, chickens, and goats. I loved that part. Erick and Ericka have made a lovely little haven on a farm, with warm, courteous service in a peaceful private setting. The nightly movie on the large projection screen is a great touch. I also saw a couple having a fun pizza-making evening, with a romantic table set for two. Highly recommend if you want a break from the city's hustle and bustle, even if you're coming from a small town like Tequisquiapan.
