Motel Via

I used to love this place and had been coming for two years, but today was the last straw. Please be careful and always get a receipt. The cashier charged me the full overnight price, then said the terminal wasn't printing. Four hours later she called the room to say my time was up. I showed them the full payment on my credit card app, but they acted as if they couldn't help. This place has gotten worse and worse, and I try not to leave bad reviews, but I wouldn't go here.

At 9:15 pm on July 26, I called and greeted the woman there with “hola Como estas.” She hung up. I called ten times after that, and either got no answer or she picked up without saying anything. I don't know what upset her or what was wrong with me asking Como estas.

You can get in and out quickly, with clean, nice rooms and no disturbance, the way a motel should be. Four hours is enough to handle business. Just be aware that vacancies can be hard to find on weekends because this motel is popular. I'd recommend it 👌

The room was comfortable and convenient for my airport layover. Downstairs, you can pull your car in; upstairs there's a comfortable bed, couch, and hot shower. The room door is left open, and they give you a room number but no key. You're expected to stay in the room, and they hold your ID while you're there. It's a little hard to understand the person speaking through the dark plate glass. Tap water isn't safe to drink, so you may want to order bottled water.
