The service was good, and the place was clean, but it still wasn't clean enough!!

For work, I found the internet good quality, and there was hot water. That may sound hard to believe, but even the supposedly top hotel in Santana, the "María Isabel," doesn't always have it. The room was roomy and comfortable, with what I needed for a business trip. The hotel is charming and nicely kept inside and out, and its location works well for a job in Santana or nearby. I highly recommend it and will stay here again.

I arrived expecting a room because I had called ahead and was told payment would be due then. Instead, they had never put my reservation in, so I had nowhere to stay. Whoever manages bookings showed a terrible lack of responsibility and commitment.

Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the rest of the place, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend it!
