Serendipity

We come back whenever we're in Todos Santos. The included breakfast is great, and there's a short private path to the beach with wide ocean views. The pool and hot tub are kept up really well. It feels like a little oasis in one of the best parts of town.

We only booked two nights and both wished we'd stayed longer. Sharon and the staff were so kind and attentive, and breakfast beside the pool was a highlight each morning. Our room had lots of space, including a big bathroom and closet, and the purified water was a thoughtful touch. We could walk to the beach quickly, and even spotted whales from our terrace. Great value, too.

The morning breakfasts quickly became one of our favorite parts of being in Todos Santos. Sharon and her husband have made a special place out of what used to be a chili farm, and Sharon has a warm, longtime-friend, almost grandmotherly way of making you feel welcome. The whole property feels homey and lovely, close to the water, with large rooms, comfortable beds, a pool, hot tub, and an honor bar in the main area. The beach is about a 10-minute walk, where baby turtles are released nightly. You'll need a car to get into town, but we thought it was worth it and would come back.

Our whole family, all 17 of us, stayed at Serendipity while we were in Todos Santos for our nephew's wedding at another hotel. We felt like the lucky ones. The pool, surrounded by flowers, made it feel like a spa, and falling asleep to the sound of waves was so relaxing. Mornings were lovely, with Sharon's warmth and breakfasts we looked forward to every day. Such a beautiful, restful place, especially for a group or anyone wanting to get away and slow down.
