I called to ask what the rooms cost, and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. I only asked her name so I could address her properly, and she called me a childish idiot. I hadn't done anything to offend her. I also felt disrespected because she was probably darker-skinned than I am. The service was terrible, and I can't recommend this place.

We've stayed here a couple of times, at both the motel and hotel, and the same thing happens every visit. There's a large, heavyset man at reception who berates the staff and shouts insults, whether we're inside or hearing it over the radios. He doesn't care who's around. It makes it impossible to rest, and it's incredibly annoying. Sometimes he's on the phone at reception, speaking loudly so everyone can hear; other times he's asleep and snoring, shouting into the radios, or insulting employees. This is so disrespectful. Nobody wants to put up with that when they go somewhere. What a despicable, repulsive, disgusting "person." This needs to improve.

I paid 1100 for a jacuzzi service I couldn't enjoy, and left after three hours because of the awful service. The room itself was very nice, but the hydromassage stopped working. By the time they got it running again, the water had gone cold. There's no drain valve either. When I asked reception to empty it, they said they couldn't. 😒😒😒

The rest of the room was fine, but the jacuzzi room was a mess. The drain plug wouldn't work, and once the water finally filled up, switching on the pump brought out a horrible stagnant-water smell. At 990 pesos, not being able to use the feature that makes the room appealing felt like a rip-off.
