We’d booked a room ages ahead for a wedding, but just two weeks before, they cancelled every guest’s booking without explaining why or offering any compensation.

The garden is lovely and the pools are great. The room wasn’t very nice, though, and had no AC. The bathroom was pretty bad too.

The place was clean, the small pool was nice, and the service was great. Prices are competitive, and the location is good.

I had a terrible experience with my New Year’s booking. Back in June, I reserved 15 rooms and paid a deposit. I was clear that most of my guests would stay just one night, and they agreed to those terms. A few months before the event, they called to say they wouldn’t honor the reservation unless I booked for 3 or 4 nights. That’s unprofessional and shows no commitment or respect for customers. I wouldn’t recommend booking here. They change the terms at the last minute and leave you scrambling when there’s hardly any time to find another place.
