The location worked perfectly for us, with shops and the downtown nightlife area both nearby. My husband and I spent 7 days and 6 nights here. Exequiel and Abril at the cafe and front desk were phenomenal. They helped us book a scooter and arrange decorations for my husband's 40th birthday. Tulum was an epic experience, and we'd definitely come back.

The facilities are good, and it feels safe, secure, and peaceful, a nice place to unwind. The location is close to everything, though getting around on foot isn't a great option, so consider renting a car, bike, or scooter. The team here really stands out: everyone is friendly, welcoming, and always trying to help.

I loved this apartment complex. We booked it through Airbnb, and my unit even had its own private pool. There's a cenote on the property at no extra cost, plus a pool with lounge couches and chairs, and an amazing restaurant and bar on site. The grounds were clean and full of tropical greenery, with free parking. I felt safe with someone at the front desk 24/7. It's also close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping.

The whole layout is great, and everything feels close by. We spent 5 nights in this beautiful spot. I'd recommend renting a scooter for 700 pesos for 24 hours, then you can pretty much get anywhere. The tank costs $3-4 USD, or the equivalent in pesos. A 10/10 vacation spot for me, and I'll definitely be back soon!
