Just to clarify, I went to the restaurant for dinner, not to stay at the hotel. I had shrimp pasta and a mocktail, and both were good. The team was attentive and really nice, and ordering and getting seated was quick. I sat outside by the clean, pleasant pool area. I’d recommend eating here. I also stopped by the famous social media sculpture and got some good photos.

I stayed at Casa Ganesh for a week and had breakfast included at Ahau. The food was delicious, and the whole team greeted me each morning and looked after me so well. It’s a calm spot with great food and staff, a lovely way to start the day, and I’d recommend it for breakfast or brunch in Tulum. Sergio even remembered my drink after just two days: an iced americano with a bit of regular milk. Thanks to everyone for making my mornings relaxed and well nourished.

We came back a few times while staying on the beach, partly because the service was so good. They remembered our names and were happy to make things off-menu, like ginger shots. After I finished my coconut, they split it open and fixed up the meat with lime and salt so I could eat it. The huevos rancheros with steam was incredible, probably my best meal on the beach. Nice work.

We tried several dishes on repeat visits, including octopus, pasta, guacamole, shrimp, and fish, and everything was incredibly tasty. The cocktails were made really well, too. Service and hospitality were at a high level throughout. A very nice woman first told us about the place, and we’re grateful she did. It’s our favorite spot on Tulum Beach. Thanks to her and the whole team for making us feel welcome.

The food was amazing, and our room was comfortable, clean, and well kept. Staff were friendly and quick to help, while the live music had a relaxed feel and sounded great. The atmosphere is quieter than some nearby resorts, without the big party scene. No real complaints, just a first class stay.
