The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to unwind and take in the Tulum weather and sunsets. Laura, the property manager, was quick to respond and helpful whenever we had a question. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped, so we enjoyed cooking our own meals. We had a fantastic stay at the Black House Condo’s. The apartment was clean, modern, and nicely decorated, with restaurants and local shops just a short walk away. It was comfortable and stylish, and good value for the price. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum.

Laura made our four nights in January a great experience. She was in touch well before the trip, welcomed us warmly, and went above and beyond to help with anything from the moment I asked about the rental. The home was clean and had everything we needed, with amazing rooftop views in a great neighborhood. I’d recommend the Black House to anyone planning a Tulum visit. The design of these condos is exquisite, and they’re in Tulum’s best area. With just 8 Unite, each with its own swimming pool or plunge pool, the place feels peaceful and private. Staff are available around the clock, which also makes it feel very safe.
