We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and it had what we needed: shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and even an iron. I asked a staff member for the iron and they brought it right away, which I appreciated. It was calm and quiet, and we were nearly alone. I think the room in the middle facing the pool is the best one. The wardrobe was quite small, just two shelves, with nowhere to hang dresses. A stand or proper hanging space would help. There was also noise from the car wash next door, which could be annoying when trying to nap with the door open. Still, everything else was great, and I’d definitely come back.

There are only a few rooms, so the place feels intimate and peaceful. We could enjoy the pool quietly at any time of day, and the manager was available and quick to respond when we needed something. Our room was nicely decorated, with a spacious, very comfortable bed for relaxing after exploring. It’s in the heart of Tulum, two blocks from the main boulevard and shops. Easy to get around on foot, while still a little away from the bustle. A dance bar nearby can make noise in the evening, so earplugs may help if you’re sensitive to it. I highly recommend BT Rooms for a comfortable stay in Tulum.
