We stayed three nights, and the apartment was clean and well kept. The owner was incredibly welcoming, spoke English, and even bought us a large bottle of water and bananas when we arrived. It had everything we needed, including a gas stove and basic kitchenware. The bed was large and very comfortable, and we really liked having a terrace. The main street and shops were a bit far, and I didn’t feel comfortable walking there alone at night, so we took a scooter. The water pump was also quite loud whenever someone turned on the water. Apart from that, it was a great stay.

I spent about eight nights at Buena Onda and was very happy with the choice. It’s about a five-minute walk from the main road, with access via a parallel road. There’s a launderette about 100m away and small shops for everyday needs. The property is tidy and feels safe, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Alessandro took time to help with everything I needed. I could use the bikes for free and enjoyed relaxing by the pool with the dog, cat, and chicken. The three animals still live on site. If I return to Tulum, I’ll book here 100% again. I can really recommend it. Thanks for everything, keep up the good work. Grazie e buon divertimento, Martin dalla Svizzera ❤️

Alessandro was a great host, and Lorenzo, his assistant, provided bikes for the seven days we were there. They look after the pool well, and the place is tastefully decorated. Their dogs Mimi and Zelda are lovely, too. We loved our stay at Buena Onda Residence and would like to return sometime. Thanks for a great visit!

We spent three weeks at Buena Onda in October and had a fabulous, relaxing stay. Each accommodation is self-contained and has AC, and there’s a communal pool that draws water from a nearby Cenote. The two friendly dogs who live on site were adored by our baby. There’s parking at the property, and it’s a five-minute walk to the main road, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment and terrace were really comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool, garden, pets, and the people around us. We spent two weeks there and would happily come back :)
