As a Quebecer, I'd give this place one star for Christmas 2024. I'm not sure which room or year the Mexican 5-star hotel was supposed to have appeared, but it wasn't much of a gift. The entrance really does feel like its location on an alley. There was no hot water, the bed was very, very, very firm, and the curtains had me wondering whether they were white or marbled. The kitchenette wasn't up to standard either. I'll leave it there, the photos speak for themselves. I know it's cheap for a 5-star hotel and only five minutes from the main street, but still.
