The staff made this trip memorable, going above and beyond with anything we needed. Gold standard service! The hotel is beautiful and spotless, with a relaxed atmosphere and lovely attention to detail in the décor. It’s a great location, a little away from downtown but still close to the action, with easy beach access. The rooms had what we needed: a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and plenty of space. Fantastic value for money, highly recommended.

A gorgeous Mexican hotel in central Tulum, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The decor is really lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It costs less than staying by the beach.

Mary from the staff was warm and so helpful. The place is nice and worth the money. It’s about one and a half streets from the main avenue and town square, and roughly a 15-minute drive to the beach and the main avenue along Tulum’s beach. I’d recommend staying here if you rent a car and can get around. Otherwise, you’ll probably want a beach hotel in Tulum, though those cost much more than downtown places.

The front desk staff were helpful and understanding, which is the only reason I’m giving this place two stars. I’d read good reviews and expected more, but the rest was a big disappointment. Our booked room had a problem, so we were moved to another one and upgraded to a room with a full kitchen at no extra charge. Unfortunately its locks didn’t work, so we had to move again. In the second room, the internet didn’t reach the bedroom, so we couldn’t use the TV during either of our two nights. Management put a signal booster by the entrance, but it didn’t help. There are only two parking spaces, so otherwise you have to park on the road. The indoor pool was too deep for children to use comfortably, so they’d need to sit on the steps into it.
