Che Suites Tulum Adults Only

The staff were lovely, and the price was great. I had a great stay at Che suites, with an amazing room, nice outdoor areas, and a pool. The main Che hostel is across the street, which was handy for joining the activities and going to the bar.

Thanks to Mayra for helpful messages and clear directions for getting into the property. The room was really nice, the location was good, and the bed and amenities were comfortable. I'd stay here again.

I booked a private apartment but got a room in a shared apartment instead. It looked nothing like the photos, which show shared areas in a way that makes them seem part of the room you book. Everything looked old and unrepaired. Staff offered no solution and acted as if I was the one in the wrong. There was loud music from the nearby bar all day and evening, plus a loud buzzing sound in the bedroom from the same place. There were no curtains to make the room dark. I've never had a worse hotel experience.

Angie made sure we had a fantastic stay, with great trips and fun adventures. And Angelo, one of the hotel hosts, is hands down the best DJ I've seen in Tulum. An absolute blast!
