Coco Village

The pool and garden are nice, and the apartment itself was spacious and beautiful. The bed was especially comfortable. But the area around the hotel is a construction site, and the location isn't good. Inside, the kitchen could have been cleaner: the microwave was filthy from previous guests, and there were cigarette butts on the balcony. The TV never worked, even when a staff member tried to fix it. Worst of all, during our week there we got warm water only once, despite complaining several times. That's not acceptable for a place that isn't cheap. One daytime staff member who usually sits in the gate shed was extremely unhelpful and rude. All in all, it felt pretentious, and I wouldn't stay again.

The shower pressure was so low that taking a long shower wasn't pleasant, and I wouldn't rent the hotel's bikes. They were rusty, too small for anyone over 180 cm, and didn't feel safe. The condo itself had a practical layout, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a large living room beside the kitchen, and a big balcony. There was a high ceiling and AC in every room. Cirkle K is nearby for food and drinks. It's a good, safe place, though getting to the city center takes a bit of walking.

Finding the place was difficult, and when we finally got to the apartment, the door locks were broken. We asked for maintenance, but were told they couldn't come until morning. The bedrooms were spacious and nice, but the bathrooms and kitchen were filthy. We canceled the reservation and went somewhere else. I can't recommend this place.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartments were spacious, lovely, and had everything we needed. The location wasn't ideal, but it was quiet, and getting around by car was quick. We had a great time here.
