The morning yoga with Yessenia was fantastic, and I treated myself to a massage this time. Erica was wonderful, with just the right pressure when needed and pure relaxation the rest of the time. I can’t recommend her enough. There’s also a private beach, which feels like a real treasure. Casa Maria serves plenty of delicious food, and the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The little huts have everything you need for a great stay. The staff are so friendly, and the peaceful setting is ideal if you want to get away from the busy hotel zone. This was my second visit to Tulum, and I’ll only stay at DiamanteK from now on. For me, it’s the only place in Tulum.

Riccardo at reception made a big difference to my stay. He went out of his way every time and made me feel genuinely looked after, and everyone else was very kind too. The cabañas are simple and thoughtfully designed to fit the surroundings. You can hear the sea from your room, which is lovely when you’re falling asleep or waking up. Diamante K sits inside a Natural Park, so nature is all around, and the whole place feels peaceful, charming, and connected to the coast. I loved my time here. If you’re visiting Tulum and want somewhere serene and beautiful, I’d say it’s worth it.

We booked the ocean view queen bed bungalow for one night. The room was pleasant and had what we needed, though a few parts felt a little aged. The view was lovely, and the ocean sounds made for good sleeping, except a large group of Dutch students was drinking and making noise. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Ricardo greeted us, explained how things worked, and showed us the room. The restaurant food was very good, and service was quick and friendly. Getting into the national Park was easy for us, and we weren’t charged for our one night, though I don’t know if that was an exception. There’s no hotel parking, but valet for 200 pesos worked fine. I’d recommend it for the experience of sleeping by the beach.

I only stopped in for lunch, so I can’t comment on the rooms. The meal was pretty good, and the staff were friendly. Prices felt a bit high for what you get, though that’s what I expected at the beach. It was quiet, with a nice ocean view, and I liked the cute, cozy rustic feel of the property. I wandered around a little and enjoyed it. Since it sits on a rocky outcropping, you can’t really reach the beach straight from the restaurant, which also makes things quieter. A nice spot to spend an afternoon.

For 75 dollars a night, the bungalow was fine, just a small room with a bed and a canopy with a fan inside it. I was wary of sharing bathrooms, but they were clean, modern, and had two stalls each for women and men. We didn’t notice bugs or smells like some other reviews mentioned. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and the linens were nice too. The beach is rocky, so it’s not somewhere for kids to play in the water. The restaurant was good. We spent about 1,200 per meal including several alcoholic drinks and tip, and breakfast was part of the booking. Lots of groups came just to eat there. Waiters were low key, not pushy. There’s a nice little pool out back and a very Instagramable magic garden. It was fine for the price and a great place to chill, but I wouldn’t choose it for a family vacation or expect anything fancy. We weren’t charged to enter the park in April 2026.
