The spa was flexible about the cost, which I appreciated, and Claudia gave me one of the best massages I’ve had. I chose deep tissue for tension, and she found the problem areas right away. Her touch was firm but gentle, with just the right pressure, and she was kind and professional from the start, so I felt at ease. It felt surprisingly therapeutic. During the massage my nose got very congested and my ears plugged when I swallowed. Afterward, once I stood up, my sinuses started draining a lot. It felt like my body was releasing tension and resetting. Claudia really went above and beyond. I’d recommend her at the spa at Dreams Tulum if you’re looking for a deeply therapeutic massage.

We can’t wait to come back and see the smiling, energetic familla again. The breakfast team, including Eliscio, Josmar, Wendy and everyone else, took such good care of us. We enjoyed eating at Portofino and the seaside grill, and Fernando the chef even made special dishes that weren’t on the menu, including Heuvos Rancheros. It was an amazing stay.

We spent three of our seven nights at the seaside grill because the service was so good. Chef Guadalupe served generous portions of amazing food, while Heriberta and Adrian looked after all our needs and went out of their way to help. The beach staff were accommodating too, especially our attendant Guadalupe, who always greeted us with a smile and gave us exceptional service.

The shrimp cocktail is worth ordering. Seafood at Seafood Grill was the best, and Margely and Angel Pech were attentive and gave us great service. Chef Fernando, Jose and Elena made top tier food. Such an amazing trip, definitely stop by.

There are more than seven restaurants to choose from, and the views are amazing. Plenty of daily activities, too. The staff are really friendly, especially Eddy, our super nice bartender. The resort lives up to its name.
