My second-floor studio had a street-facing balcony, and the place was very clean. It was fairly quiet on a dead-end street and felt safe. Internet was good, and the host responded quickly whenever I had questions or an issue. Housekeeping refreshed the unit every third day. It had what I needed, though I would've liked to have paper towels, beach towels, and maybe extra garbage bags. Nearby are grocery stores, bike and car rentals, pharmacies, restaurants, the collectivo stop, and even the ADO bus station. The beach is walkable in under an hour, but a bike or scooter is really the best way to enjoy Tulum. If you want a modern studio near the center, this works. Just don't expect hippy jungle beach vibes.

The rooftop pool was a real bonus, and it was never busy during my November stay. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with dining options an easy walk away, no need to head into the main town center. Selecto Chedraui, a very modern supermarket, is just 300 metres away. The host was easy to reach and quick and efficient with communication, and shared lots of helpful details on local activities, transport, and laundry. A relaxing stay, thanks.

I stayed here for over a month through Airbnb. The apartment on the upper level was better than the first one, which was on the ground floor and not too great. It was a good stay overall, though host Adriana came across as a little judgmental.

Birds were all around, right from the balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, with great A/C, a nice hot shower, and working wifi. Good price too, and within walking distance of a big grocery store and some great small restaurants.

Comfortable and clean, with a hot shower and everything needed for a good stay. It's far enough from the busy, noisy areas but still close enough to explore town on foot or by bike. Great place, and I'll definitely stay again!
