Gramercy Tulum

The quiet beach stayed clean and uncrowded, with plenty of loungers and no seaweed while we were there. We also went to the spa every day for massages, and the therapists were fantastic. It was peaceful and each visit was memorable. We spent four nights at Casa Malca in Tulum, and the staff made a real difference. They were attentive, warm, and often went out of their way to help. Being greeted by name and treated with genuine care meant a lot. Our beachfront room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with boho decor, ocean views, two great bathrooms, and wonderful showers. Walking straight in from the sand, or stepping right out onto the beach, was a dream. Thanks to Mr. Malca and the whole team. We can’t wait to return!

We didn’t stay overnight, but spent three days at the beach club. Louis looked after us on the beach each day, and his service was on par with the Ritz and Four Seasons. He was so kind and incredible. We’ll be back and hope to see him again.

The staff were attentive, welcoming, and helpful, making this one of my best experiences in Mexico for service. Candelario worked most of the shifts during our stay at Casa Malca and was especially wonderful to us. His restaurant recommendations were right on target. The property, beach, amenities, and rooms were all lovely too.

For my girlfriend’s birthday, I left a note and the restaurant went out of its way to make the occasion special. The hotel and restaurant are beautiful and really romantic, and the food was excellent. I’ve never had better service in a restaurant. It felt like a master class, the kind of care you won’t find just anywhere. I was so glad we came. There’s nothing bad I can say about the place. Couples should bring their special person here.
