Harmony Glamping and Boutique Hotel

The location is great, with lots of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. I stayed first in a tent and later in a room, and felt comfortable in both. It may not suit everyone, but it was just right for me. I wanted to get away, recharge and unplug, and that's exactly what I needed from the trip.

There weren't many people around, so it was really peaceful, and I enjoyed the nomadic feel. The pool was great, and the place was very clean with lovely staff. I ended up staying much longer than planned and enjoyed it a lot. My Tent (Africa) had a covering that was too small, so bugs and leaves weren't stopped from landing on the tent's outer covering. That gave it a more authentic "outback" feel, though the other tents weren't like that. Nights could be a little loud from concerts and bars nearby if you wanted an early night. It's right at the far end of the main strip.

We'd happily stay here again. It's very well placed for town and restaurants, and I don't think there's better value for the money in Tulum. Our private suite was huge, with a superb shower, efficient aircon and decor and atmosphere well above average. There's also a lovely little pool and luxury glamping tents in the gardens. Highly recommended!

It was so quiet while we were there, with maybe one or two families or couples around. The staff were fantastic and shared useful local tips about where to go and how things work. Our tent, the 'flores', was made up every day during our three-night stay. The whole place was kept really clean, and WiFi and water were free. It's a fun mix, like camping while still being in a hotel. The rain was especially nice to listen to in the tent. I would've liked a rack inside to hang wet clothes, in addition to the two tables, but otherwise it was all great.
