The hotel is beautiful, and you can tell it was built with a lot of love and attention to detail. With all the plants in the courtyard and the natural materials, it feels like being surrounded by nature. The neighborhood is relaxed, and nights are quiet. There are nice spots for breakfast and strolling around, too. Our host was so welcoming and caring. When I got sick, he took the time to make me tea. He shared lots of good local recommendations, stored our luggage after checkout, helped with our onward travel plans, and booked a bus to our next destination. Free drinking water was available day and night. I'd definitely come back!

We were nervous about choosing somewhere safe in Tulum after reading some really bad experiences, so we feel lucky to have found this place. The neighborhood felt like the best one, with local cafés and good vibes within walking distance, and the property itself was intimate and cozy. The apartment was clean and really comfortable, with all the little touches that made the stay pleasant. Great water pressure, solid internet, easy communication, and very cool tips. Keep it up 👍

The hotel has a lovely, relaxing jungle feel, and there are loads of good restaurants and cafés close by. We really enjoyed our stay. Hosts Rafael and Leonardo were a great help, sharing information about activities, places to eat and have coffee, and bike hire. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Rafa and Leonardo looked after us SO well, with valuable recommendations and local tips, plus help arranging scooters, excursions and taxis. The spacious room had everything we needed and was just right. It took about 20 minutes to walk from the bus station, and there were loads of great restaurants five minutes away on the main road. After a while, it started to feel like home. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, and we'd highly recommend it :)

TerraNova is a small boutique hotel, but it was really comfortable. We stayed in a beautiful two-floor quarter with elegant wood trim and well-kept amenities. It's a short walk to “Tulum 2.0,” with plenty to do but without being overrun by tourists. Rafa was a good host.
