We felt secure with the rooms inside a gated parking area. The price was affordable for what we got, and when the air conditioning in our first room acted up, they moved us to another one quickly.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS WOMAN!!! She's an EXTORTIONIST!!! She entered the apartment and ATTACKED MY FRIEND!!! She has NO RIGHT TO COME INTO AN APARTMENT AT NIGHT AND HARASS PEOPLE!!! She STOLE my friend's passport and refused to return it unless we paid her more. The reviews from expats are horrible!!!!!!

I was really pleased with the service when I rented the apartment. The manager was very friendly, and the place had what I needed after a busy day out: comfortable beds and clean sheets, plus a stove, fridge, and utensils for meals. There was also a TV, hot water, air conditioning, and a fan. It's very central, close to Av. Tulum. I didn't have my own vehicle, but parking my rented motorcycle there was easy. I loved the place and would definitely come back. I recommend it!

My stay was excellent. The hotel has parking inside, and they provide invoices for business trips. My room even had a mini-fridge and a table, which I really appreciated, along with hot water and air conditioning. I'll definitely return.
