The room was clean, and the WiFi and AC worked. The second store clerk we met was nice too. But the hotel was hard to identify, with no name on it. Apparently check-in happens at the attached convenience store. The clerk just stared at me and my paper, so I left thinking I was in the wrong place. Someone from the street helped me figure out it was the right spot. Hours after we had settled in, my husband was told we hadn't paid and would have to leave right away unless we paid cash. We had an email with a confirmation number, but that wasn't accepted, so we paid again. There was lots of street noise at night. On the second night, a refrigerated truck parked outside our room and ran its generator from 10pm until after 7am. There was no hot water, and we only got one roll of toilet paper for four people over two days.

The room was fine for the price, but the stay wasn't worth it, even at that rate. There was no hot water and the internet didn't work. The service was really poor too. The landlord wasn't there at check-in, and our calls to find someone went unanswered several times. When she eventually arrived, she was unfriendly and gave us no information about check-in or checkout. The housekeeper was very nice and helped us get into the room. Without her, we'd have waited more than an hour. I can't recommend staying here.

There's no reception, so don't expect help. The internet wasn't working, and after waiting three days for hot water, we're still waiting. Our double room had no windows, always smelled moldy, and wasn't cleaned properly. Avoid this place unless you need last-minute accommodation.

Terrible stay. I'd give zero stars if I could. This was a complete rip-off: they charged us for a room that wasn't available when we arrived. There's no reception desk, and the store downstairs laughed when we asked where reception was. Do not book here.
