The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was tasty and included in the price. The hostel has a huge dorm with comfy big beds and curtains for privacy, plus air conditioning. The pool is amazing. It’s a bit out from the centre, but renting a bike or scooter makes the distance no big deal.

Rooms and shared areas were clean, the showers had hot water, and both the air conditioning and WiFi worked around the clock. The staff were professional and nice. There’s a great big pool, and the location is handy for the Tulum Ruins and within walking distance of the beach. Awesome!

The restaurant and pool were great, but I found the hostel noisy because it’s right in front of the main road. I also believe the cleaning lady searched through the closet and stole things, rather than just changing the sheets. I wouldn’t stay here.

We loved our room, and the pool was great. There were lots of lovely people working there, including a chef in the kitchen who made and suggested so many delicious things. We also just had to walk across the street to reach the ruins.

Friendly staff and a really nice pool area. For the price, it’s excellent value, especially with Tulum Ruins so close.
