The staff were friendly and ready to help with requests, and the rooms were clean and nice. The pool stays open until 22.00, so there can be some noise later in the evening.

We arrived at 11 PM after a long, exhausting day. There was a small mix-up, and the staff quoted the price for three people instead of four, but they honored the original price without any trouble. Their kindness and professionalism really mattered to us. The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. There’s a lovely pool and an adorable-looking restaurant, and I wish we’d had more time to enjoy the amenities. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and hope to come back for a longer stay.

Alexis at the front desk was so friendly and made the stay even better. The rooms were large and clean, and the pool area was nice. It’s a short walk to everywhere, so the location is great. My whole experience at Kaab hotel in tulum was top notch.

Nothing special, but it was all clean and fine. The pool was out of order for the entire time we stayed. The kitty was cute.

I worked remotely from my room, then went down for a lunchtime dip in the pool and another swim after work, with a tasty spicy margarita. The location is perfect, at the downtown edge with a straight route down to the beach. The rooms are bright, modern, and clean, and the staff are super friendly. They warned me the WiFi might be limited, but it covered everything I needed. I really enjoyed staying here, would absolutely recommend it, and would come back. Thanks to all the awesome staff for being so awesome xx.
