At 800 pesos a night, this place wasn’t worth the price. Water leaked onto the floor, and I had to dry it up myself. I told the agent at reception, but he didn’t fix it. The bathroom was very uncomfortable, with water coming up through the floor, and the room was noisy and had no remote control. I wasn’t expecting a luxury hotel for that amount, just somewhere functional and clean.

This place looked nothing like the photos and badly needs a makeover. We ended up taking the third room we saw because the windows in the others wouldn’t lock. I got no sleep, with drunk, loud tenants laughing and making a racket at 3am. At least it’s near ADO. We couldn’t wait to leave Tulum.

The room felt like a 1-star place, so honestly, three stars is generous. The mattress was paper thin, the water pressure was low, and everything in the room was poor. The price was higher than some better hotels. I’m giving the other two stars for the woman at reception, who was kind, spoke good English, and gave us a lot of help and useful information about food and other things we needed. The man working there with her was nice and easygoing too. Having parking included was great. If you show up in Tulum city at 11pm without a reservation, you’ll be glad to find someone who speaks English.

It’s basic, clean, and central, and most of the staff were very helpful. The front desk guy was the exception. On our third night he refused to give us more toilet paper, which felt lazy. Otherwise, I would have given it 4 stars.

Cheap, simple, clean, and right in the center of town. It felt safe, and they have a cute greeter cat. The sheets are thin, so bring a blanket if you need one.
