The location worked really well for me, with a short drive to the beach and lots of food spots within walking distance. The pool area was a great place to unwind, and the in-room espresso was top notch. I spent a week here and was very happy with it. The front desk staff, especially Nester and Mayumi, were the highlight. Every interaction was delightful, and they were so helpful with all our questions. Thanks for making my first experience in Tulum such a good one!

The reception team made everything easy, helping arrange rides to and from the airport, rent an ATV and a bicycle, and suggesting places to visit and ways to get there. The place was amazing, very clean, and peaceful, and their help made the stay enjoyable.

The beds were a bit too hard for me, since I prefer softer ones. Just a personal preference. Otherwise, I loved this beautiful, small, cozy, and very quiet hotel. The staff were amazing, kind, and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. There’s a nice pool, stores and restaurants all around, and downtown is a 10-minute walk away. The hotel offers free bike rental, and we also rented a scooter from them.

A quiet, peaceful place close to all the main places to eat. The staff were very helpful, rooms were cleaned every day, there was parking available, and we had enough towels.

There’s a great breakfast spot right across from the hotel, Me Latte, and it was packed every morning. Plenty of restaurants and bars are also within walking or biking distance. The hotel has free bicycles and rental options too, if needed. We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy little gem. It was calm and quiet, with friendly staff. Ness & Romi took great care of us and helped plan our day trips and routes around Tulum, which made the trip special. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with free water bottles and coffee. Definitely recommend it.
