The front desk staff were really nice and helpful, even with parking. They didn’t speak English, but we were still able to understand each other, so it wasn’t an issue. The one thing I wish we’d known is that the pool wasn’t open for swimming in December. It would be useful to know which months you can swim so I can keep that in mind next time. The house was fantastic for relaxing. Two big doors open right onto the pool, one from the living room and one from a bedroom. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, and the furniture and kitchen items were so nice, better than what I have at home 😅 I loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb. Thanks for a great visit!

Indigo Paramar Tulum is beautifully located in Aldea Zama, and it’s one of my favorite developments in the area. It’s calm and lovely, with a quiet atmosphere that’s great for relaxing. The staff are welcoming and very friendly. Highly recommended!

The place itself is a mess, and the doorman’s clothes and smell are awful. He acted like he was guarding the Pentagon and demanded 20 things from us before he’d let us into a friend’s apartment. I’ve lived in plenty of condos, but I’ve never been treated or spoken to so rudely by a doorman.
