Our condo's swim-up balcony quickly became our favorite spot, and we spent most of our time there enjoying the pool and the peaceful surroundings. The community is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, with several pools that make it feel like a resort. It was our first stay at Xalet Tulum, and from arrival the staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back.

The place feels like an initiation maze wearing the look of modern architecture. Water, stone, mirrored corridors, rope bridge, elevated balconies: each part seems to mark another threshold, from surrender, through embodiment, toward elevation. Walking the route feels like crossing the unconscious, finding steadiness on stone, then rising into clarity. It all reads as deliberate ritual geometry built into a residence.

We’ve decorated Xalet several times, and its architecture and amenities impress us every time. It’s one of our favorite places. If you need decoration services, you can get in touch with us. 🎈

There are lots of lovely little spots to sit and relax, and the greenery is beautiful. It’s easy to walk around town from here, and the check-in staff were very friendly and ready to help. The pools were generally well maintained, though one had tiny bits of glass in it, apparently left after someone’s party. The cenote is interesting to see, but it looked dirty to me, so I wouldn’t swim there. There’s construction happening every day, Monday through Sunday, and it’s loud. It’s especially a downside for the back apartments because it blocks the view, so keep that in mind.

I had a really good stay in a clean, beautiful property that seems well suited to a longer visit. My condo faced the jungle, and I rented a bike to ride to the beach each morning. There’s a supermarket nearby for groceries, plus plenty of local places to eat. My host communicated really well. The staff are nice, though they won’t carry your luggage over the wobbly bridge. That can be tricky, but if you give them some pesos ahead of time, they’ll help. I was ready for that at checkout. The security guard was an absolute gem. Thanks, Xalet.
