Luxury Oasis in Luum Zama - Private Pool

The place itself is great, but I was just woken up by hammering and drilling. What’s going on? Please let guests sleep. Do you understand what luxury renting means? I work in real estate, and it’s just too noisy here: metal banging, drilling, constant disturbance. This is terrible. I’ll never come back, and I can’t recommend this place for the next five years. Such a waste.

We spent five weeks at Kite Residences through Airbnb, and my group and I were scammed. Before we arrived, the manager acted as if there was no construction. Once there, we found heavy work going on right beside our building. It brought constant disruption, including power cuts, water that wasn't drinkable, and unreliable wifi. The team also tried to get money from us in different ways. I really wouldn't recommend staying here.

Anyone hoping for a quiet place to live or rent should know what it's like here first. Construction noise inside the complex is strong and happens every day, disturbing sleep, downtime, and working from home. I know Luum is still being developed, but the frequency and intensity of the work have caused real stress and discomfort.

After living in Luum on and off for three years, I'm done and won't be back. The SPA has gone from being Luum's crown jewel to a health hazard. Since BB Condos took over, there's mould everywhere and most services and amenities have been shut down to save money. They won't let yoga instructors come in, apparently because they're lazy, and half the whole facility is closed. The one sauna left only works sometimes. When it does, it keeps cutting out every five minutes and is never clean. They varnished the walls to stop the mould, but when the room heats up the coating gives off a toxic chemical smell to breathe in. The temazcal/steam room has been broken for a year. The hot and cold pools are dirty, often out of service, and aren't professionally cleaned or emptied regularly. They fired the cleaner, so the receptionist does the cleaning now without professional training. He's extremely hostile if anyone complains. BB Condos, shame, shame, shame.
