Getting around from here was easy, with cafes, restaurants, and bike rentals nearby. The streets stayed quiet at night, and the center was a 5-10 minute ride by bike, while the beach area took about 20-30 minutes. I rented a studio through Airbnb and found it a great place to stay. The room was large with plenty of closet space, the kitchen had everything set up, and the air conditioner was new. There’s also a long pool and a gym. Construction across the street started around 7am, but the windows kept the noise out well, and nights were quiet. More Tulum advice on IG @_siiastory 📲

I liked my Airbnb at this property. The building is in a really convenient area, with restaurants easy to reach. There was a lot of dust outside because of the construction across the street.

The elevator is working now! Nice new condo, with a rooftop pool and workout room.

We stayed at the end of January 2024. The complex felt secluded and quiet, though it was a bit outside town and construction noise carried on constantly. The apartment looked modern, but the area is still being developed. The water pressure was poor, and both water and electricity were shut off completely for a few hours. Cleaning was awful too, with stains on the sheets and pillows. Getting in was difficult because nobody was at reception when we arrived, and there was no Wi-Fi for contacting the host. Someone at the hotel next door kindly let us use their Wi-Fi so we could access the room. The toilet was broken, with no water in the cistern. The concierge never answered when I messaged, so I fixed it myself, but had to do so several times during our stay. It was hard to reach the host. The phone number in the booking message wasn't available on WhatsApp or Viber as they had said, and they didn't answer booking messages either.

Apartment 210🔑 was spotless and had everything we needed. The management was always attentive, the elevator worked, and the panoramic pool is beautiful. It’s in the residential part of Tulum, Aldea Zama, so it’s a nice place to unwind away from city noise. I recommend it 100%.
