I was in the United States during our stay, while my son was in Tulum, and he got very sick with food poisoning from something he ate outside the hotel. It was a frightening situation from far away. I called the hotel number, and they got back to me within minutes. They arranged for a doctor to go to his room, and he received care quickly. The doctor was professional and attentive, and my son felt much better soon after. The team kept me informed clearly and handled everything with urgency and real care. Knowing he was in capable hands gave me so much peace of mind. I’m deeply grateful to the staff and management for their compassion and professionalism. Their hospitality went well beyond what I expected, and I highly recommend the resort to anyone visiting Tulum. Truly a five-star experience.

We spent a couple of days at Mia during our month-long trip, mainly to be near the beach and celebrate my lady’s birthday in the hotel zone. It was the perfect choice, and the view from our jacuzzi was top tier. The jacuzzi suite was the best hotel room we’ve had in Tulum so far. Mia beach club was a vibe. Since it was the offseason in October, we didn’t really run into the “tourist traps” people talk about. Guests had no cover charge at the beach club, and the service by the pool and beach was great. Be respectful and they’ll show love. Breakfast was included, and they had free yoga every day at 9am as well as beachfront massages. The front office staff were super friendly. We liked chatting with them about Mexico City, where most of them were from, and they gave us great suggestions for places to go. We had a blast and might go back before we leave, tbh.

The staff at Mia Resort made our stay feel special, and everything from transport arrangements to tour planning went smoothly. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and the romantic dinner on the beach was thoughtful, beautiful, and unforgettable. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back.

The service stood out most: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms were spotless, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Fantastic stay, I’d definitely recommend it.

At 12:30 pm the beach DJ was playing way too loudly. This isn’t spring break. The place is expensive, and the 15 of us there wanted to swim, read, sunbathe, and relax. Music is fine, but it was nightclub volume. Save the midday beach party for two weeks from now, when all the college kids are here.
