The rooftop, peaceful atmosphere, warm welcome, security, and spa were all great. This is without a doubt the best place to stay in Tulum. The Airbnb host and the place itself were the best. If you’re interested, DM me, I have the contacts you’ll need.

Miraluna is beautifully designed, clean, and quiet. We loved the rooftop pool and how easy it was to walk to restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly, and we’d stay again. Tuuch restaurant/spa is just a two-minute walk away, and it’s a great breakfast and lunch spot.

We booked through airbnb and spent five days at Miraluna in December. Carlos at the front desk deserves a special mention. He was enthusiastic and so helpful, showed us around, booked restaurants, and shared tips for saving a few dollars getting around. Since we don’t speak Spanish and he speaks English, we got a lot of help from him. I loved the rooftop pool. The downstairs pool is beautiful too, though it didn’t seem to get much use, perhaps because people prefer the rooftop one. Tulum is still developing, and there’s a lot of construction everywhere. Be careful at night on streets without lights or people around. We were chased by a stray dog, which was scary. That was our fault, though: we took a shorter route to the restaurants instead of the safer one.

We had a good time here. The place has a nice jungle feel, but the pool wasn’t in great shape and could use better upkeep.

The condos feel high end, and the shared spaces are lovely, especially the Cenote Pool. It’s a great spot to read, sunbathe, and unwind. I stayed for a weekend, and the location is the best area of Tulum.
