NABOA Hotel Tulum

Naboa won us over almost immediately. We loved the relaxing pool area, delicious breakfast, dreamlike room, and beautiful design. The location worked perfectly for us, right between town and the beach. And the cat is so cute you’ll want to steal her. The team took care of everything, from booking taxis and tours to recommending great food. They even packed us a small breakfast when our tour left at 5:30 AM, and helped with little tourist problems along the way. If you want a place that looks after you, book it. 🤍

The location was peaceful and easy to reach by rental car or taxi. I also took excellent Pilates, yoga, and functional training classes with Mariana. She’s lovely! We spent three wonderful nights here. The staff were very kind, the breakfast and dinner were delicious, and our beautiful, quiet room had a roomy seating area. You get a stunning jungle feel as soon as you walk in. A lovely start to our Tulum vacation, thank you! :)

We’re on our babymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ve been to hotels around the world, and this one exceeded my expectations. From the warm welcome and amazing welcome drink to the high-end service around the clock, everything was exceptional. It’s secluded and luxurious, surrounded by nature, and feels like an oasis where there’s no reason to leave. I couldn’t find a flaw. Thank you, NABOA. The design and the whole experience were better than we imagined. Already can’t wait to come back.

The massage we booked was absolutely worth it. The therapists took their time and made it a really relaxing experience. We also appreciated having the hotel’s own scooter rental, which made getting around Tulum easy and stress-free. The rooms were spotless, thoughtfully designed, and full of little details. The whole property fits beautifully into the surrounding nature, with a peaceful, quiet jungle atmosphere. Most of all, every staff member we met was warm and welcoming, and you could feel the care they put into their work. Naboa Hotel is a comfortable oasis where you can unwind and reconnect with nature. We’d come back without hesitation.
