NUEVO - Central Park Lagunas/swamp pool/wifi 90mbp

I've loved this place and stayed there for months at a time since it opened, but I skipped it this year because the restaurant owner in the building plays very loud music, often late into the night. The sound gets even louder because of the building's pocket structure. My neighbor moved out a few weeks ago for the same reason, and I met a couple trying to get out of their six-month contract. It's inconsiderate to guests and homeowners who lose revenue. I'm three blocks away and can hear him playing loud music again. The apartment management does nothing about it.

A disgrace. I booked a room, and Faviola at reception made a huge issue of the fact that I'm not from Tulum. She was aggressive and rude to me and the staff. I don't recommend this place.

Mary at reception and Diego the manager were great, helping me with anything I needed. The on-site cafe served excellent food and coffee too. The resort was clean and welcoming, and I had everything I needed. My room was spacious and looked very luxurious, with WiFi, a fridge, a safe, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. In my opinion, it was great value for the price. Highly recommend it for a Tulum stay.

The rooms are small, and the receptionists are arrogant, lazy, and rude. They don't want to work or help with anything. If you leave something in the apartment, they'll claim it and never give it back.
