Pakal Condos

My girlfriend and I didn’t stay here, but we went to the pharmacy right next door when she got very sick and threw up nearby. Pedro and Fernando immediately came to help. They let her use their private bathroom in the security area, and brought her a chair, AC, and medication. They kept checking on her and helped with so much care. Claudia was also incredibly kind and helpful. The three of them made us feel safe and at home. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, and a gas station close by. We’ll definitely stay here when we come back.

The location is perfect, close to everything, and I like being able to watch local life unfold. There’s a coffee shop across the street, a small family-run restaurant next door, and a pharmacy downstairs in the same building that sells medicine, snacks, and drinks. Pakal condos are nicely decorated and have everything you need, plus a lovely pool with lounge chairs. There are plants everywhere, giving the indoor space an outdoor feel. The room had a Smart TV and good WiFi. We’ll keep coming back.

I especially liked that I could walk here from the station. The place is lovely and peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the advertising is completely accurate. It’s just a couple of blocks away in a really central spot, and the staff are very friendly.

Great service and excellent rooms at a great location. An excellent place to stay when you arrive in Tulum.
