We stayed on the top floor and had an incredible outdoor space. Nearby, there’s a car-free area with all kinds of shops and restaurants, and the other way you’ll find local spots that are inexpensive and really good. We rented a car and parking was easy. The property has only a few units, so it’s quiet and peaceful. The pool is well maintained. There’s also a little gym, though I never used it. Wow, this place is amazing.

The pool gets sun from noon to 3 pm, and the condo feels very private with just 17 apartments. It’s a lovely place to spend some time in Aldea Zama, Tulum. The property is well maintained and in a good location.

It felt like an amazing home away from home, close to the shops and cafes. We were a group of seven and used a whole 5-gallon jug of drinking water every day. It would’ve been helpful if we could swap the jug for a refill at the concierge.

We watched the security video with the condo staff and management, and worked out how an employee had gotten into our apartment. There were handprints on the windowsill and on the window outside our bedroom. That window didn’t lock, so they used a broken broom handle, and it’s outside the condo security wall. My wife’s wedding ring was stolen. It was an heirloom from my mother. The management knew the employee and had the footage, as well as the other visual evidence, but were shockingly unhelpful. They accused us of lying about the theft and did nothing about it. Security here is very poor. The front entrance to the condos is almost always left open, and the front desk guard sits across the street on his phone. I would not recommend staying here. Do not stay in apartment 005.
