After years of visits to Tulum, Robinson Residence is the best apartment rental I’ve found. It’s peaceful, within an easy walk of Calle 7 and Farmacias Similares, and still away from the noise. The place is spotless, secure, and thoughtfully laid out. Modern fixtures, a gas stove (a rare find in Tulum), strong WiFi, good water pressure, and reliable AC. The pool, greenery, and outdoor kitchen make it feel like a private oasis, and everything is well cared for. The owner and groundskeeper are honest, responsive, and kind. They treat guests like family and clearly take pride in keeping the property beautiful and safe. It feels like a calm, well-run second home, not an overpriced, chaotic rental. I won't stay anywhere else in Tulum.

My wife and I both had deep tissue massages here. The staff were friendly and professional, and the massages were excellent for the price. They use great oils and create a peaceful setting. Mine left me euphoric, and it was the first time a masseuse really worked deep into my back. I was happily sore the next day. Highly recommend if you want a strong, deep massage at a good price.

The outdoor areas are nicely kept and a great place to spend time. Our room was spacious and well maintained, and the host was so friendly and helpful at check-in. It's about a 15 minute walk to the centre of town. We'd happily recommend it!

We booked a week online and received a confirmation, but when I called a few days later, the owner said she couldn't confirm it because she wanted to see if someone would book a longer stay. We had to find another hotel, which cost us hundreds more because availability had dropped and prices had risen. A very bizarre situation and a huge headache. I would not recommend this place. They clearly don't know how to run a hotel.
