Our stay in room 6 was extremely disappointing. The apartment and towels were dirty, and everything seemed old, worn, or damaged. My husband and I have never experienced anything like it. The reservation was made by my husband, Bogdan Samofalov. The shower had very weak water pressure, and there was no lighting or even bulbs on the rooftop. The whole place was in catastrophic condition, unlike any apartment we’ve stayed in before. We moved to a very nice hotel for the same price. I don’t understand how the business can charge guests without keeping the apartment in proper condition. It felt misleading and was deeply disappointing. I’m attaching photos to show its actual state. Two days of our vacation were completely ruined.

I hope the manager sees this and addresses the noise from guests. People are on vacation and having fun, which is fine, but La Veleta is residential. Loud music at 3 a.m. isn’t okay, and the sound echoes across the whole block.
