The rooftop infinity pool was amazing, and the place is beautiful and posh, with very well thought out finishes. We enjoyed the whole stay, especially the top-notch service. The staff went above and beyond for us. It’s a good location for enjoying Tulum, away from the crowds but close enough to the city. You can rent a bike for 100pesos a day, and a taxi to downtown is 150 pesos each way. Chacabar around the corner is an excellent food option, and Fresh Market is nearby too.

If you’re hoping to hear construction vehicles at lunch or loud base music from a nightclub between 3 and 6 am, this is the place. I got 3 hrs of sleep. The elevator doesn’t work, and there’s a mold spot on the bathroom floor. And yes, you won’t find my name on the reservation because I wasn’t the one who made it. That doesn’t mean I didn’t stay here.

BEWARE CANADA/US Travellers! The host, Adrian, advertised a room with a safe, but when we arrived there wasn’t one. When we pointed that out, he stopped responding for hours. They also say they take no responsibility for lost or stolen items, so this seemed like it could be a scam. The room was on the first floor right beside the lobby, which has no doors and is wide open to the street. DO NOT STAY HERE! ***Reply to owner: Exactly, thanks for confirming there was no safe when we checked in, so the room wasn’t ready as advertised.

A great spot in a really nice area. The bikes gave us some trouble here and there, which was my only possible complaint. Otherwise, I’d recommend it.

The rooftop pool was amazing, and the concierge was friendly. All the areas were very well kept. I thought the hotel was lovely.
