There’s no reception staff around to help, and the water gets shut off at night, so you can’t even use the toilet. The photos are from another hotel. This isn’t beachfront either, just dangerous rocks dropping into the sea. The whole place felt dark and miserable. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, avoid it.

I’ve stayed here about five times and the service has been courteous every time. It’s centrally located, has free parking, and the place is clean and cute with a coastal view. The linens feel luxurious, and it’s good value in Tulum.

A good budget option if you just need a basic room on the beach road. The owner was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. I’d stay here again.

There’s no actual beach, just a rocky stretch on the sea side. Parking is across from the hotel at Mateos restaurant, which is part of the same group. It’s a basic place, but works perfectly for a one-night stay and does what it promises.
