Jesus and his family were warm, responsive hosts, and they mostly left us to enjoy our stay. If you’re driving, get their instructions ahead of time, since there are several gatekeepers to get through before entering the resort. The grounds have a free shuttle to the beach area and main restaurants, but it only comes every 30 minutes, and the beach run starts after 10am. A car is useful if you want to go beyond the resort’s own food options. The apartment is lovely and well equipped, with a small, clean pool. Behind it, the mangroves and swamp are full of wildlife, including iguanas, crocodiles, big birds, and fish. It’s within the Tulum Country Club/Bahia Principe grounds.

The owners were really friendly and helpful, and we loved the place. The rooftop is a lovely spot to relax, with a pool and comfy chairs for reading, hanging out, or catching up with friends and family. Highly recommend it.

Jesús was lovely, always checking in and sharing recommendations. Inside the Bahia Principe resort complex, there’s a supermarket, bars, restaurants, and access to the Bahia Principe beach. We nearly passed on booking because there weren’t many reviews, but the apartment was simply new. It was brand new and incredibly comfortable, a fantastic find!

The owners are really friendly, and there’s plenty of wildlife around, deer, coatis, raccoons, and crocodiles. Excellent place.
