The hotel is modern, well located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the free coffee and water were a nice extra. The cats are adorable and friendly, too. The rooms can be noisy, though. You hear the street and sounds around the hotel. Some lounge cushions had cat hair and stains, so they need cleaning. It’d also be great to have more than two rental bikes. One day we couldn’t get any because both were already taken. Apart from those things, it’s a very nice hotel.

There are restaurants all around, and the hotel is close to Tulum’s main road. The rooms were clean, parking was available, and the service was friendly. Since it wasn’t very busy, we even got a free room upgrade. Clubs nearby do make noise at night. If you’re looking to stay in the busy part of town, though, this is a good place.

The location is great for downtown, just one street off the main road, so it felt safer. There are cameras at the entrance and a locked door to get in. The hotel has two parking spots, and I always managed to get one. I also liked seeing the front desk person and the two resident cats every day. My room was cozy and really clean, with filtered water refilled in a carafe daily. The AC and fan worked perfectly, the blackout blinds made it easy to sleep in, and the decorations and murals were cute. I could hear some barking dogs and construction, but the room was comfortable enough that I could tune out the light noise and nap during the day. The price was right, and I’d stay again and again.

The staff really go out of their way to help. I liked the yard and its shared seating area, and the location is very central. City noise and nearby construction are part of the neighborhood, so bring earplugs if that bothers you. My room had a lovely bathroom with the best water pressure and fastest hot water I’ve had so far. There was also a little private sitting area with a hammock provided. The bikes are a great way to get to the beach. I’d stay here again.
