Tulum Nah

These clean apartments have the basics for cooking full meals, including a reasonably equipped kitchen with a fridge and microwave. The small pool is fine for a quick rest before heading into town to eat or go bar hopping. The location is handy for longer stays, a few blocks from the big Chedraui supermarket and the beach road, and it could help you save some money. Staff are polite and do their best to stay in touch. Still, don’t expect luxury or a relaxing weekend here. We found some things lacking, like towels and pillows, and the futon sofa bed is very uncomfortable. It’s outside the bedroom too, which is inconvenient for families with young kids. I’d recommend it for someone staying in Tulum for a few weeks, with those drawbacks in mind.

It was quiet and peaceful, with lots of space, good furnishings, plenty of dishes and utensils, and new appliances throughout. The AC was glorious for sleeping. The hosts were amazing and friendly, and being right in the heart of everything was so nice. We’ll come back!

Everything was clean and the rooms had been updated. The pool stayed clean too, and was just what we needed after a long beach or adventure day. We felt safe, with security on all night, and loved how local and safe the area felt. Bikes came with the place, and we rode them everywhere: 12-15 minutes to the beach, 3-5 minutes to the main area with lots of restaurants. Pablo, the property manager, was great and very helpful, with fantastic English. He gave us good tips on getting around and which cenotes to visit. A sweet little cat kept us company all week. We named her Tigre. She loves a full belly, some water, and a nap, please feed her :)

The host was professional and trustworthy, and the modern apartments were just right. It’s quiet but close to everything you need, with a perfect location. We’ll be back, thanks!
