The location was fantastic, just a five minute walk from the ADO station, with restaurants and shops easy to reach on foot. There’s also a cafe next door run by the same family, with great coffee and food. The wifi was fast enough for video calls and work. Staying here reminded me of traveling 20 years ago, in a good way. It’s part hostel, part bed and breakfast, in someone’s former home. You may share the kitchen, living room, or patio with other guests, but have your own bedroom and bathroom. It was very comfortable and quiet while we were the only guests, though noisy neighbors could change that. We loved our short stay. It was a perfect fit for us.

Our host was easy to reach since he lives very close by, and he was attentive whenever we had a question or concern. The place was virtually perfect, with no problems with wifi, hot water, AC, cleaning, or anything else. We’d definitely stay again 👍

I stayed here last week and had a great experience. Mr. Ramon was helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s one of the best places and locations in Tulum, close to everything you might want or need. I’d recommend it to anyone. Give it a try and thank me later. Peace and love.

My wife and I had the place to ourselves, which was very convenient. The kitchen and living room are shared with other guests, but every bedroom has its own private bathroom. The location is excellent, close to both the city center and the ADO bus terminal. Fantastic place, we definitely recommend it!
