A peaceful atmosphere, good location, and high standards made this somewhere I'd want to return to. The room was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the staff deserve special praise: professional, cheerful, and genuinely helpful, not just generally nice. I highly recommend it.

I had a great one-night stay. The hotel has a relaxed, zen feel with a touch of luxury, set among jungle-style surroundings and a great pool. My stylish room had an outdoor plunge pool, shower, and bathtub. It's quiet despite being within walking distance of the centre. The staff were very kind and helpful. Hope to come back soon.

We spent nine days at Una Vida and loved every bit of it. The staff, especially the concierge team, were so friendly and helpful, and our room was spotless every day. Their attention to detail, both in the decor and the service, made our stay in Tulum amazing. The room was huge, with a beautiful outdoor shower and bathtub. We took classes most mornings in the lovely yoga space, played pool each night in the boho-style lounge, and the pool at the connected sister hotel, Bardo, was absolutely beautiful. They really go above and beyond. Can't recommend it enough!

The nature around the hotel was absolutely lovely, and the whole place felt like walking through my own sacred spot, almost like being in my village. Inside, the rooms are modern. I had a balcony room with a mini pool. It wasn't the cleanest, but I didn't mind. The hotel is away from the center, though you can walk or take a short taxi ride for about 200 pesos. They also offer complimentary yoga and fitness classes. I honestly would come back to Tulum just to stay here again. I loved it from beginning to end.

The property is stunning, lush, and serene, and every design detail feels carefully thought through. Guadalupe, our concierge, deserves a special mention. She went above and beyond with reservations, recommendations, and everything else, making the whole stay feel special and seamless. The hotel was also quick to respond to every message, always kindly and helpfully. It captures the heart of Tulum while still feeling private, stylish, and welcoming. Can't wait to return!
