I was a guest here while my friends stayed at the property. The neighborhood is quiet and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and nice, and there's a receptionist in the lobby. The elevators work, and the rooftop pool is kept up well and has great WiFi.

Viva is in Aldea Zama, the best neighborhood in Tulum, and the hosts were kind and attentive. The place is decorated nicely, and the rooftop pool is big enough to swim laps. Perfect spot.

I love this neighborhood, and the host was amazing to deal with. Communication was great, they were accommodating, and even let me drop my luggage off before check-in. I really appreciated that. The unit had excellent hot water and decent pressure, but it was basic and a bit stuffy. It faces a brick wall, so there's no natural light and it gets dark early. There's nowhere for bikes, just trees. No kitchen, only the essentials, and double doors connect it to another unit. Great place if you're in witness protection.

This new development has modern necessities, a 24-hour security desk in the lobby, and a nice new commercial and community feel. It's close to everything, and each building has good customer service with bilingual staff. Great place to stay. I'm thinking about buying a place here soon... 🙏🏽

It's a peaceful place with easy access to both the zona hotelera and the centre. The reception can book taxis, which is essential in Tulum. Incredible spot.
