Xkeba Tulum

We loved the decor, and the rooms were comfortable, with cozy beds and good facilities. The staff were lovely and always tried to help. There's a rooftop bar that has parties on some days, and we thought the stay was great value compared with Tulum prices. This was one of the best hotel stays of our lives. The only thing I'd change is the WiFi, which was very slow in our room. Thanks for everything.

Jose got us out of a bad Airbnb situation and found us a room. The service was incredible, the price was reasonable, and the location worked really well. The rooftop pool was lovely, the showers were amazing, and there was air conditioning. The drinks were good and the restaurant food was good too. There's a party, and it's 10 minutes from everything. It's close to the hotel zone but outside it, and close to the center while quiet enough to sleep, if you're sleeping. The place says no smoking, but you can smoke on the balcony, and surprisingly it doesn't smell in the building because it's so open and the air circulates well. 10/10, would recommend and definitely coming back for my ruban in the bridge at the 3th floor ❤️

I stayed from January 3rd to January 8th, and I'm already thinking about coming back. Jose checked me in, and Daniel at the front desk was there in the afternoons whenever I needed help. Tommy was a great server and host for the restaurant and bar, and the other Daniel served and bartended too. The room was amazing, the food was great, and the vibe was unbelievable. Since this was my first time in Tulum, the hotel staff really made me feel at home. The location was great as well. Much love and appreciation to Xkeban hotel and staff!

Tommy, our server, was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, and his service made the visit even better. The food was excellent throughout, with quality ingredients and care in every dish. Xkeban is a standout in Tulum, with an intimate, beautifully designed, relaxed space and a real jungle feel. The location and atmosphere are just right. Highly recommend it for great food and top-tier service.
