My friend forgot her passport in the room, and lalu, the receptionist, arranged for a taxi to take it to the airport. I really appreciated the help. It cost 2400 pesos plus a tip, which was expensive, but worth it.

We stayed January 13-17, 2024, and found the hotel clean and nice overall. It’s also very convenient for getting to downtown Tulum. Daniela, Isabel and Ibeth at reception were all polite and helpful, and I’d absolutely recommend the place. One thing could be better: breakfast was just coffee and toast.

If you like a damp room from a dripping AC, an unsecured area with no locked door, and promises of a good breakfast and rooftop bar that don’t pan out, you might enjoy this place. The hotel staff’s sass adds another surprise.

The rooms are modern and comfortable, with air conditioning, and the rooftop pool has a lovely view over Tulum. It’s a beautiful, amazing hotel in Tulum Centro. You can rent bicycles through the hotel and have them delivered there, and there’s a car rental company right next door. Definitely worth the price.
